Clear terms for shopping at Czarodrewno. Please read them before ordering.

1. Seller and contact

Czarodrewno at czarodrewno.com is operated by IHOR DUBNYTSKYI — sole trader, ul. Długa 29, 00-238 Warszawa, Polska, tax number NIP 1133185157, registered in CEIDG. Email: grifslais@gmail.com. Contact is for shipping arrangements and is not a request for permission to withdraw.

The virtual office at ul. Długa 29 is the registered address only. No correspondence, returns or customer visits are accepted there.

2. Products and prices

We sell physical self-assembly models. The individual description states the characteristics, contents, recommended age and warnings. Lifestyle photos may show items not included; the description determines the set contents. Prices are final prices in PLN including applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before ordering. Price changes do not affect contracts already concluded. Announced reductions include the legally required lowest price from the preceding 30 days, or the shorter period during which the item was offered.

3. Ordering and the contract

Choose a model and quantity, add them to your bag, enter your details and choose InPost delivery and an available payment method. You may correct the order before submitting it. No customer account is required.

Pressing a button clearly indicating an obligation to pay, such as “Pay now”, submits an order with that obligation. A contract is concluded when we email acceptance of the order for fulfilment. We provide confirmation, contract terms and withdrawal information on a durable medium. The contract is concluded in Polish.

4. Payment

At purchase, use only the methods shown in the order form; availability may depend on your device and the provider’s conditions. Make advance payments within the deadline shown during payment. Payment on delivery applies only when expressly offered for the selected delivery. All charges are shown before you confirm the purchase.

5. Delivery

Standard orders are delivered in Poland exclusively by InPost. The delivery policy and pre-order information state services, prices and delivery times. We must supply goods that conform to the contract and are responsible to consumers for delivery.

6. Withdrawal and complaints

Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. The procedure, costs, refund timing, optional form and non-conformity rights are in Returns and complaints, which form part of these terms. Relevant protections also cover qualifying sole traders.

7. Electronic services and data

Browsing, the bag and contact form are free. You need internet access, an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript and essential cookies, and an email address for orders. You may leave the site at any time; this does not affect existing contracts. Do not submit unlawful content or disrupt the store. Email technical complaints with a description of the issue; we respond within 14 days. See our privacy and cookies policy for data processing.

8. Disputes and updates

Consumers may seek help from a local consumer ombudsman and available out-of-court procedures, including through the Trade Inspection. Information: polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Participation follows the relevant procedure; after an unresolved complaint we provide our position on participation as required by law.

Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. New terms apply to orders placed after their effective date; earlier orders retain their agreed terms. Effective date: 12.09.2026.
